Breed Australian Stock Horse-Waler

The Australian Stock Horse or Waler was originally called a breed of horse native of Australia. Widely used in the past by the cavalry during the War of the Australian desert and later in Palestine in the First World War, the Waler specimens survived the conflict were killed. The race lost, however, has recently been regained in South Wales, by crossing the English Thoroughbred, Arab and Dutch without altering the physical characteristics of the previous race and took the final name of the Australian Stock Horse.
